Welcome to Hello Chia ("Application"), operated by Chia Learning, Corp. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Application and services ("Services"), and by accessing or using our Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all these terms, do not use our Application or Services.

Definitions

"User" refers to the person accessing or using the Application or its Services, also referred to as "you" or "your".
"Content" refers to any text, images, video, audio, or other multimedia content, software, or other information or material submitted to or on the Application.
"Subscription" refers to a paid plan you subscribe to in order to access certain features of the Application.

Subscriptions and Billing

Renewal and Cancellation: Your Subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it. You can cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel, you may use your Subscription until the end of the then-current term, and your Subscription will not be renewed after that term expires.
Refunds: Fees paid for Subscriptions are non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use the Application or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or to the Services.
Use the Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Services or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of these changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Application or Services after such modifications confirms your acceptance of the new Terms.
